Cute place to visit with a family. The cave tour was awesome and my family enjoyed it very mich. Make sure to bring a jacket or sweater with a hood, as it is chilly in the cave. Also, you will have water dripping on you at various times during the cave tour so remember that jacket or sweater. The tickets for the tour were a little expensive, but I looked at it as a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a natural cave.
Wonderful little site to stop and see. You take a canoe thru the cavern. Staff is excellent and love to answer questions. Very knowledgeable and fun! Highly recommend seeing it if you never have.
Great experience! Our guide, Dylan, was very knowledgeable about both the history and composition of the cave, as well as a large amount of general geologic information. In addition, he added a large amount of humor to the tour. Highly recommended!
I was there Wednesday with my two sons, 5 and 7, and we had a great time. The wildlife tour was great, the guide, Steven ,was very good. He made sure we got to see all the animals. You can tell the animals are well taken care of. The cave tour was amazing. Both tours kept the kids interested the whole time. This is the perfect day trip. Even the snack bar and gift shop are top notch.
The wildlife tour was almost better than the cave. If you take the cave tour, make sure you sit near the tour guide if you want to learn about the cave. Through no fault of their own, the acoustics are terrible, and the guide was difficult to hear over the boat engine. Kim was our wildlife tour and she was the whole package. She knew her stuff, got the animals to come to us as close as possible and drove the tour bus like a champ. Her sense of humor knocked it out of the park. This place is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and a short distance away from the charming town of Centre Hall.
