This is the only Post Office that I have dealt with that the route carrier does not deliver packages instead she writes a note saying there is a package at the post office that needs to be picked up. This happens at least every month when I send packages up to my daughter. This carrier ( upper George's Valley Road ) does not even attempt to drive to the house and drop off package , is this NOT their job ?
