When we got there we were not forgotten. She called to check we landed o.k. she kept us on track and made sure we were happy.
-When guests did receive their travel documents, my last name was misspelled.
Because of her guidance we saw almost all we wanted to see and stayed in amazinly comfotable and beautiful hotels
Lindsay and her team were awesome and helped me book a great trip. My airfare, resort, and transfers (which were included free of charge) were booked flawlessly and that allowed my wife and I to not have to worry. I was also given access to an app which contained all of my travel documents and an itinerary so I knew what to do each day.
I will definitely use L&S Travel for my next vacation.
The L&S Travel team was wonderful in helping my family book our first-ever family vacation to the Orlando, Florida area. I knew nothing about Disney and Universal Studios and Becky was so patient with me and all of my questions. I'm a worrier so I like to make sure I have everything down and the team was just wonderful in helping to calm my nerves. All my reservations were fantastic! We stayed at the All-Star Movies Resort on the Disney Property and even added a new reservation shortly before leaving and it was handled beautifully. We also stayed at the Cabana Bay resort at Universal and LOVED IT! My girls fell in love with this hotel and are begging to go back. I highly reccomend this hotel to others! Thanks L&S Travel for a great family vacation!

We went to Italy in June 2014 and the trip was AMAZING! It wasn't a honeymoon, just a "last vacation before baby #2" trip. Lindsay picked awesome hotels in the center of downtown areas so we could walk to everything. She also mailed me a folder with all tour/transportation tickets already printed and in order for when I needed them. The detailed itinerary was extremely helpful for letting us know when tours had to be confirmed. She made our busy itinerary (which we wanted) seem extremely easy and we ended up with the perfect balance between downtime and touring time. (Ask her for my itinerary if you're going to Italy bc it was PERFECT!) It would have been too hectic for me to plan this myself. It was probably our best vacation ever!
-The tone of emails and conversations were sarcastic and unprofessional when issues arose.

-Guests not being able to speak with someone on the phone. It took 24-48 hours for someone to call you back. Rarely did someone answer the phone.
-There were outside agencies and associates such as Exclusive Wedding Group involved in the planning, but not introduced.
-A week before the wedding, approx. 10 guests did not receive their travel documents. When I inquired about this, Lindsay told me to stay out of the middle of it.
-There were no apologies offered, accountability taken or compensations for errors.
I used L& S Travel to plan my large destination wedding at Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay, Jamaica in August 2016. Lindsay is great at soliciting business, but the execution of my guests' travel arrangements was extremely flawed. Some of the major difficulties I encountered were:
-Most communication and arrangements are done through email, so if you have older guests that are not email savy then that is an issue.
So no suprise when planning a much less glamorous trip she sent us a package that looks amazing.
-A guest had their reservation cancelled due to a computer error on their part. I had to prove to her that the final payment was received.
Last year my wife and I took the trip of our lives. When we started to reserch all we did was worry....right flight....will they speak English....will we see all we want to see....how will we pick a good hotel....so we called Lindsay.
-One guest was being charged $200 to correct the spelling of a name that was the agency's error, but the airline charged $5 to fix the same error.
-About 3 months before my wedding, a person that I was never introduced to (Bill) informed me through email that he would be handling my wedding. When I objected, that is when I received an email from Lindsay.
-Some guests were either not on the hotel transfer sheet or their flight information to receive a transfer was incorrect.
-Emails regarding travel updates said Mexico even though I was getting married in Jamaica.
Save yourself the headache and choose another agency. Working with L & S Travel was a stressful experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to experience.
From the first call she was happy for us and engaged. She listened closely to what we wanted and mapped it all out at a reasonable pace for us....she even included a few suprises
-My guests were told in writing that if they did not book through L&S Travel then they could not attend the wedding, which was false.
